Zahirah - Missin You

I stumbled on to a Sacramento based artist on Twitter the other day and after exchanging a few DM’s I realized the dude had some talent.

He sent me his most recent release titled ‘Missin You’ and that was it. Doesn’t take long for you to realize what’s unique about the Zahirah, he combines new school production with early 2000’s vocals. Missin You is a love ode that will remind you of a younger Usher, vocally at least. Zahirah speaks on an old flame and the emotional effect it’s taking on his mental on this track. A story we’ve heard before of course, but again the dope part of this Cali based talent resides within the blending of sounds he is able to accomplish and the way he’ll get your fingers snapping on rhythm.
